☀️🍇Смак літа і командної єдності
Серед робочих дедлайнів, нічних тривог і напруженого ритму останніх місяців особливо важливо знаходити час для живого спілкування та підтримки одне одного. Учора після ще однієї ночі обстрілів ми провели чудовий день на сімейній виноробні , що розташована лише за 130 км від Києва.
🍇 Виноградники, природа, тиша та атмосфера спокою стали ідеальним місцем, щоб зупинитися, озирнутися на пройдений шлях і просто насолодитися компанією колег.
Особливо вражає підхід Vino Demidi до якості: виноробня працює з виноградом ручного збору, ретельно відібраним у власних виноградниках, а її вина отримали визнання на міжнародних конкурсах, зокрема на престижних та Wine & Spirits Awards.
🫱🏼🫲🏻 Ми згадали найяскравіші моменти цього року, підбили підсумки наших спільних досягнень і, звісно, також поговорили про австрійські виноробні традиції, ціноутворення, торгівлю, роль преміальних австрійських дубових бочок, різні стилі вина та сорти винограду.
Ще раз переконалися: сила нашої команди - у тому, що ми доповнюємо одне одного. Кожен приносить свої знання, досвід і погляд на речі, а тому завжди є чому повчитися один в одного. Ми говорили про майбутнє, ділилися новими ідеями та чесно обговорювали, де можемо стати ще кращими.
☀️ Найміцніші команди будуються не лише в офісі, а й через спільні враження, щирі розмови та моменти, які залишаються в пам’яті.
🍷 Окрема подяка команді Vino Demidi за чудову українську кухню та прекрасну дегустацію вин. На кілька годин ми справді поринули у світ природи, майстерності та спокою.
⚡ Іноді найкращі ідеї народжуються не лише в офісі, а й за келихом вина, під час прогулянки виноградниками або в невимушеній атмосфері.

☀️🍷Team building with unforgettable moments and a lot of sunshine.
In the middle of noisy nights, and project deadlines for the rest of the year, it is important to find time for conversations and connection. Yesterday after another night of bombings, we escaped the city and spent a wonderful day at . It is family located just 130 km from Kyiv. Surrounded by , nature, and complete tranquility, it was the perfect place to pause, reflect, and simply enjoy each other’s company.
🍇What makes Vino Demidi truly special is its dedication to quality. The winery works with hand-harvested grapes, carefully selected in the vineyards, and its wines have received recognition at international wine competitions, including the prestigious and &Spirits Awards.
🤔We remembered the highlights of this year and summed up everything we have achieved together. Of course, we also discussed traditions, pricing, trade, the role of premium Austrian barrels, different wine styles, and grape varieties.🍇
🫱🏼🫲🏻One thing is especially clear: we are a strong team because we complement each other. Everyone brings qualities that others may not have, and there is always something valuable to learn from one another. We talked about the future, shared new ideas, and honestly discussed where we can improve and become even better. The strongest teams are built not only through work, but also through shared experiences, sincere conversations, and moments that become memories. ☀️
And yes - we spent a surprisingly long time laughing at all the photos that did not turn out as planned. 📸😄
🫱🏼🫲🏻A special thank you to the organizers of Vino Demidi for the outstanding Ukrainian and the excellent tasting experience. For a few hours, we truly immersed ourselves in a world of nature, craftsmanship, and calm.
⚡Sometimes the best ideas are born not only in the office, but over a glass of wine, during a walk through the vineyards, or in an informal setting.
