The initiative group supporting medical institutions, assistance to civilians by supplying food, hiegine and medicine to Chernigiv, Kherson, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk regions. After the beginning of the full-scale Russian war against Ukraine, initiative group was registered as NGO Volunteer Help 4.5.0. The organization worked in three main directions: 1) assistance to Army by supplying cloths
, tactical equipment and hygiene items to our Army, National Guard and Territorial defence forces; 2) assistance to hospitals and medics by supplying medicines, tactical medicine and hygiene items to hospitals and military medics; 3) assistance to civilians by supplying food, hiegine and medicine to Chernigiv, Kherson, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk regions. With the growth of the work and assistance to civilians, organization made a decision to register separate entity – Foundation Freedom 4.5.0. Officially, Charity Organization “Foundation Freedom 4.5.0” is registered as of April 18, 2023
