On the eve of the New Year, Ukraine secured the release of 189 prisoners from Russian captivity, including two civilians. This is a significant victory for our society, as many organizations fight daily for the rights of Ukrainian prisoners. NGOs like Common Sense Communications and Ukrainian PR Army are no exception.
Recently, we launched the Art for Freedom: Unseen Civilians project—a series of exhibitions in Ukraine and Europe that use art to reveal the hidden side of war.
We share the stories of Ukrainian civilians unlawfully imprisoned by Russia and bring this issue to the attention of an international audience.
Our achievements:
🎨 10 graphic stories created by artists from Pictoric, representing Ukraine, Germany, France, and Portugal.
👥 Over 1,300 exhibition visitors.
🌍 5 cities: Kyiv, Lisbon, Paris, Lviv, and Berlin.
