🫡c.300 participants (Ukrainian veterans and their spouses) have joined the programme over the last 3 years, receiving psychological support alongside physical rehabilitation through summer and winter mountain activities.

In June, I had the privilege of joining Ukrainian Action in Westminster to celebrate the departure of its 500th vehicle to Ukraine.

Since March 2022, this remarkable charity has delivered more than 500 vehicles across 99 humanitarian aid convoys, providing vital support to communities affected by the war.

As a Patron of Ukrainian Action and having driven a convoy to Ukraine last year carrying humanitarian aid and medical supplies, I have seen first-hand the impact of this work. These vehicles play a crucial role on the frontline, helping to transport essential supplies, and support emergency responders.

It was an honour to join the charity’s founders, volunteers and supporters to celebrate this significant achievement. These convoys are a powerful demonstration of the UK's unwavering support for the Ukrainian people in their fight for freedom, democracy and self-determination.

I am proud to stand with Ukraine and to play a small part in this mission. Thank you to everyone involved for your continued commitment and solidarity.

The Ukrainian Action Heroes Rehabilitation Programme is back for its third summer season.

For Ukrainian veterans, the end of the battlefield doesn’t mean the end of the war. In the tranquillity of the Carpathian Mountains, veterans and their spouses receive expert psychological support and take part in activities designed to help them recover from the trauma of war and rebuild their lives.

💙 Every place on the programme is funded entirely by donations.

🛻 🇺🇦 Ukrainian Action’s 500th vehicle for Ukraine has officially departed London.

Yesterday, our 99th convoy set off with 6 vehicles heading to Ukraine.

💙 This achievement belongs to our volunteers. From logistics and administration to fundraising, vehicle preparation and driving thousands of miles across Europe, every convoy is powered by people who choose to take action.

📍 The 500th vehicle was waved off in Westminster by Ukrainian Action Patron , Lord Graham Evans, UA founders and our dedicated volunteer team.

🫡 Behind the wheel is — a British veteran and double amputee who continues to demonstrate extraordinary commitment by supporting Ukraine and its people.

🙏 To every donor, volunteer, partner and supporter who helped us reach 500 vehicles: thank you. This milestone is yours.
