Яких зусиль насправді коштує ветеранам повернення до активного життя після ампутації, знають лише самі ветерани. Саме тому разом із @Дашою Ши ми створили відео, яке розповідає про почуття, приховані за незламними обличчями захисників.

Головний герой ролика — Гліб Кравченко, ветеран 3-го Армійського корпусу та учасник програми протезування Future for Ukraine. Крок за кроком він повертає собі життя, яке зруйнувала війна.

Розповідаємо вам історію відновлення Гліба, яка допоможе зрозуміти та наблизитися до майбутнього, де втрата кінцівки не є причиною ставити життя на паузу, а навпаки — заохочує працювати над собою ще більше!

Only veterans themselves truly know whatever it takes to return to an active life after amputation. That's why, together with Shi, we created a video that reveals the feelings hidden behind the unbreakable faces of our defenders.

The main character of the film is Hlib Kravchenko, a veteran of the 3rd Army Corps and a participant in the Future for Ukraine prosthetics program. Step by step, he is reclaiming the life that the war took from him.

We're sharing Hlib's story of recovery — one that helps us understand and move closer to a future where limb loss is not a reason to put life on pause but rather an encouragement to work on yourself even harder!

Знайомтеся, це Олександр. Ветеран з Умані, який нещодавно розпочав протезування у центрі МСОР Україна.

20 січня 2026 року Олександр отримав поранення від удару FPV-дрона, внаслідок чого втратив кисть правої руки. Зараз він проходить первинне протезування верхньої кінцівки за програмою фонду Future for Ukraine під наглядом фахівців МСОР Україна: освоює протез, відновлює звичні рухи, повертає собі мобільність у щоденних справах.

Oleksandr is a veteran from Uman, and he's just begun his prosthetic path at the МСОР Ukraine center.

On January 20, 2026, an FPV drone strike resulted in Oleksandr amputation at the right wrist. Today, he’s fitting his first upper-limb prosthesis within the Future for Ukraine prosthetic program and at МСОР Ukraine. Step by step, he's learning to use it, picking up familiar movements again, and adapting to an everyday routine.

Професійна реалізація — те, що допомагає ветеранам повертатися до життя після поранень.
Багато хто мріє про власну справу, але не знає з чого почати.

Саме на цю тему 29 квітня в МСОР Україна відбулася відкрита зустріч для ветеранів, які повертаються до цивільного життя після поранення.

Від Олени Петриченко, начальниці управління реалізації програм зайнятості Київського міського центру зайнятості, ветерани дізналися про гранти на власну справу та можливості від держави. Юрій Чертков, бізнес-тренер і засновник агентства медичного маркетингу, розповів про маркетингові процеси в бізнесі.
Ветеран Богдан Пантюшенко поділився власним успішним кейсом відкриття сімейного бізнесу — ресторану TRE POЇSTY — за допомогою гранту від держави.

Дякуємо всім, хто ділився знаннями, і тим, хто прийшов їх отримати.

Professional self-realization helps veterans return to life after injuries. Many of them dream of starting their own business but don’t know how to start.

Starting a business was the focus of an open meeting held on April 29 at MCOP Ukraine for veterans transitioning back to civilian life after injury.

Participants learned about government grants for starting a business and available state support from Olena Petrychenko, Head of the Employment Programs Implementation Department at the Kyiv City Employment Service. Yurii Chertkov, a business trainer and founder of a medical marketing agency, spoke about marketing processes in business. Veteran
Bohdan Pantiushenko shared his own successful case of launching a family business — the restaurant TRE POЇSTY — with the support of a state grant.

Thank you to everyone who shared their knowledge and to those who came to learn.

Знайомтесь, це Віктор. Він родом із Житомирщини. Внаслідок авіаудару на Донеччині ветеран отримав поранення та втратив праву ногу нижче коліна.

У березні 2026 року Віктор розпочав перепротезування у МСОР Україна. Про його наполегливість та адаптацію ходи — дивіться у відео.

Meet Viktor, a veteran from the Zhytomyr region. While serving in Donetsk, he was wounded in an airstrike, resulting in the loss of his right leg below the knee.

In March 2026, Viktor began his re-prosthetic path at МСОР Ukraine. Our video showcases his incredible resilience and the progress he’s making during the gait optimization program.

23 квітня у Вашингтоні фонд Future for Ukraine (США) спільно з People of Ukraine Foundation провели закриту експертну зустріч
UNDER FIRE: Honor and Trust in Societies at War у межах Тижня кореспондентів Білого дому.

Зустріч об’єднала представників академічної спільноти, публічної політики, дипломатії та гуманітарного сектору навколо практичного питання:
як досвід України трансформується у підходи до довгострокового відновлення.
У фокусі — системні рішення: від підтримки ветеранів і фізичного відновлення до роботи з травмою та програм, орієнтованих на постраждалих від війни.

Окрему увагу приділили ініціативам, що вже працюють в Україні, зокрема проєкту GIDNA, як прикладу моделі, побудованої навколо потреб людей.

Сьогодні гуманітарні організації не лише реагують на кризу — вони формують те, як виглядатимуть системи підтримки завтра.
Підходи, які сьогодні формуються в Україні, вже стають частиною глобального досвіду реагування на наслідки війни.

On April 23 in Washington, D.C., Future for Ukraine (USA), in partnership with the People of Ukraine Foundation, convened a closed salon discussion,�UNDER FIRE: Honor and Trust in Societies at War, as part of White House Correspondents’ Week.
The discussion brought together representatives of the academic community, public policy, diplomacy, and the humanitarian sector around a practical question:�how Ukraine’s experience is evolving into approaches to long-term recovery.

The focus was on systemic solutions — from veteran support and physical rehabilitation to trauma-informed care and programs designed for those affected by war.

Particular attention was given to initiatives already operating in Ukraine, including the GIDNA project, as an example of a model built around people’s needs.

Today, humanitarian organizations are not only responding to the crisis — they are shaping what future support systems will look like. Approaches being developed in Ukraine today are already becoming part of the global practice of responding to the long-term consequences of war.

Програма розрахована на жінок віком від 18 років — дружини, матері, доньки та сестри тих, хто зник безвісти під час війни або перебуває у полоні.
Кількість місць обмежена. Подати заявку на участь можна на сайті gidna.org.

Проєкт психологічної допомоги жінкам, які переживають невизначену втрату, реалізується фондом Future for Ukraine за підтримки організації Dan Church Aid та Norwegian Church Aid в Україні за фінансування Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad).

The program is designed for women aged 18 and over — wives, mothers, daughters, and sisters whose relatives have gone missing during the war or are currently in captivity. The number of spots is limited.
