It has been almost four days since the Women’s March on March 8. But the threats, hate, and bullying have not stopped.
But our message is clear: it is impossible to rebuild any country without women. And women’s participation must be meaningful, not just quotas, not just photos.
Women must be at every decision-making table. Because we are 50% of the population, and our knowledge, experience, and expertise matter.
We are also deeply concerned about new initiatives around the Civil Code that may weaken protections for women.
So our call to our progressive partners, the Progressive Alliance, the European Parliament, the European Commission, and all our European partners: please look closely and think twice before supporting decisions that may weaken women’s rights.
Because rebuilding a country without women is impossible!
