Світло на шляху до нового життя 🤍
Війна змінила життя тисяч українських родин. Для пані Галини вона стала періодом тривоги, невизначеності та постійної боротьби за майбутнє своїх дітей. Жінка виховує двох дітей, одна дитина має особливі потреби, тому щоденні виклики стали ще важчими.
«Через війну було дуже страшно та важко морально. Найбільше хвилювалася за дітей і за те, як жити далі. У певний момент мені здалося, що всі мрії залишилися десь далеко», — ділиться пані Галина.
Про можливості підтримки від Карітас Кропивницький жінка дізналася від директорки школи. Під час зустрічі із соціальним працівником вона вперше за довгий час відчула підтримку та надію.
Завдяки проєкту SUN / Strengthening Ukraine Now — «Зміцнюємо Україну зараз. Підтримка освіти та засобів до існування для вразливих українських дітей та їхніх родин», який реалізує Caritas Ukraine за фінансової підтримки Caritas Österreich через Austrian Development Agency та NACHBAR IN NOT, пані Галина отримала ноутбук для навчання та роботи й змогла розпочати навчання у сфері бухгалтерії.
«Для когось ноутбук — це просто техніка. Для мене це став шанс почати життя заново. Я знову повірила, що можу бути потрібною, працювати, розвиватися та забезпечувати своїх дітей», — говорить жінка.
Сьогодні пані Галина вже працює бухгалтером. Вона з теплом згадує підтримку, яку отримала, та не приховує емоцій, говорячи про зміни у своєму житті.
«Мені дуже хотілося, щоб мої діти бачили маму сильною та щасливою. І зараз я відчуваю, що поступово повертаюся до життя. Мрії справді мають властивість збуватися, коли поруч є люди, які підтримують», — каже пані Галина.
Ця історія — про силу жінки, яка попри страх, втому та труднощі війни змогла знайти в собі сили почати спочатку. І про те, як своєчасна підтримка здатна змінити не лише один день, а ціле життя родини.

Light on the way to a new life 🤍
The war changed the lives of thousands of Ukrainian families. For Mrs. Halyna, she became a period of anxiety, uncertainty and constant struggle for the future of her children. The woman is raising two children, one child has special needs, so the daily challenges have become even more difficult.
"Because of the war, it was very scary and morally difficult. I was most worried about the children and how to live on. At some point, it seemed to me that all dreams were left somewhere far away," says Ms. Halyna.
The woman learned about the possibilities of support from Caritas Kropyvnytskyi from the school principal. During the meeting with the social worker, she felt support and hope for the first time in a long time.
Thanks to the SUN / Strengthening Ukraine Now project — "We are strengthening Ukraine now. Supporting education and livelihoods for vulnerable Ukrainian children and their families," which is implemented by Caritas Ukraine with the financial support of Caritas Österreich through the Austrian Development Agency and NACHBAR IN NOT, Ms. Halyna received a laptop for study and work and was able to start studying in the field of accounting.
“For some people, a laptop is just a technique. For me, it was a chance to start life anew. I believed again that I could be needed, work, develop and provide for my children," the woman says.
Today, Mrs. Halyna is already working as an accountant. She warmly remembers the support she received and does not hide her emotions when talking about the changes in her life.
“I really wanted my children to see my mother strong and happy. And now I feel like I'm getting back to life. Dreams really tend to come true when there are people around who support," says Ms. Halyna.
This story is about the power of a woman who, despite the fear, fatigue and difficulties of war, was able to find the strength to start over. And about how timely support can change not just one day, but the whole life of the family.
