On February 10th 2026, in Izmail, the first partnership meeting took place within the framework of the project “CBC_AEGIS – Construction, modern medical endowments, and facilities to improve cross-border cooperation and communitiest” (ROUA00049), implemented under Interreg NEXT Romania–Ukraine 2021–2027. The meeting brought together representatives of Tulcea County Council (Lead Partner), the Youth Public Organization “New European Generation”, and Executive Committee of the Izmail City Council of Izmail District of Odesa Region.
During the meeting, participants discussed the preparatory activities for implementing the project’s infrastructure component, the status of procurement processes, and the level of achievement of planned targets at the current stage of implementation. Special attention was given to organizing information seminars, which are intended to serve as an important tool for communication with target groups, as well as to the development of questionnaires for data collection and analysis.
Partnership meetings are a key element in the effective implementation of international projects, as they allow partners to coordinate actions, make strategic decisions, and ensure overall collaboration. This enables timely responses to challenges, proper monitoring of planned activities, and the achievement of expected results.
Close cooperation among partners and systematic coordination of activities provide a solid foundation for the successful implementation of the project and for the further development of cross-border cooperation between communities.

10 лютого 2026 року в місті Ізмаїл, за участю представників Повітова рада Тулча (Головний партнер), Молодіжної громадської організації «Нове покоління Європи» та виконавчого комітету Ізмаїльської міської ради Ізмаїльського району Одеської області, відбулася перша партнерська зустріч у рамках реалізації проєкту «CBC_AEGIS - Будівництво, сучасне медичне обладнання та обʼєкти для зміцнення транскордонного співробітництва і розвитку громад» (ROUA00049), що впроваджується в межах Interreg NEXT Румунія-Україна 2021-2027.
У ході зустрічі учасники обговорили підготовчі заходи до впровадження інфраструктурного компоненту проєкту, стан проведення закупівель та рівень досягнення запланованих показників на поточному етапі реалізації. Окрему увагу було приділено організації інформаційних семінарів, які мають стати важливим інструментом комунікації з цільовими групами, а також розробці анкет для збору та аналізу даних.
Проведення партнерських зустрічей є важливою складовою ефективної реалізації міжнародних проєктів, адже саме під час таких робочих нарад узгоджуються спільні дії, приймаються стратегічні рішення та забезпечується координація між усіма учасниками партнерства. Це дозволяє своєчасно реагувати на виклики, контролювати виконання запланованих заходів та досягати очікуваних результатів.
Злагоджена співпраця партнерів і системна координація дій створюють надійну основу для успішного впровадження проєкту та подальшого розвитку транскордонного співробітництва між громадами.
