Will the Cat Park survive?
Well… the voting is over.
So many hopes. So many expectations.
And now I’m finally ready to share the results with you.
Whether they’re good or bad—you can decide for yourselves. We were prepared for either outcome.
As a reminder, we applied for a grant from and the Royal Canin Foundation, which would allow us to complete the construction of the Cat Park this year.
Without it, we would have had to freeze the project until we found new funding, because support has almost completely come to a halt.
This is a project that will bring together support for people and care for abandoned animals.
For an entire year, we have been designing, building, and telling the world about the Cat Park—about the importance of animals in people’s lives and the power of healing each other.
We prepared large-scale presentations and even traveled to the veterinary symposium in Montpellier so that people who truly care would hear about our mission.
Our project was recognized as one of the world’s most outstanding initiatives highlighting the vital role animals play in people’s lives.
And today, this is the message we received…
“Dear Oleksii, we are pleased to inform you that your Cat Park project has been awarded the 2026 grant for construction. Congratulations!”
This is more than just a victory.
It’s proof that you should never give up, and that every goal is worth fighting for—no matter how difficult the journey may be. ❤️
