"Youth for Impact": Empowering a New Generation of Social Entrepreneurs 🌍
From August 15 to 21, 2025, the Erasmus+ Training Course "Youth for Impact" was successfully implemented in Stepanavan, Armenia. 🇦🇲
Coordinated by Bioville (Latvia) and hosted by Colibri Youth Development Center (Armenia), this international initiative brought together 16 dedicated youth workers from Latvia, Italy, Ukraine, Slovenia, Czechia, and Armenia. 🤝
The core objective of the training was to equip youth workers with the skills to utilize social entrepreneurship as a mechanism for inclusion, sustainability, and youth empowerment. Through a series of interactive non-formal education methods—including workshops, simulations, and collaborative design sessions—participants deepened their understanding of how to create social value.
Key highlights of the week included:
💡 Exchange of Best Practices: Participants shared inspiring case studies of social and youth entrepreneurship from their respective countries.
💡 Study Visit: The group visited Bohem Cafe, a local Armenian social enterprise, to observe firsthand how social business models create measurable community impact.
💡 Skill Development: The sessions focused on refining essential entrepreneurial competencies, including communication, time management, and problem-solving.
💡 Business Modeling: Using tools like Canva, participants designed their own ideal social enterprise models, emphasizing sustainability and community benefit.
💡 Strategic Planning: The course covered vital topics such as funding models, impact measurement, and storytelling for social initiatives.
"Youth for Impact" served as a collaborative platform that provided youth workers with the necessary tools and knowledge to drive positive change in their local communities.
