🇪🇺🇺🇦 Brussels — Day 1 of the EU–Ukraine Business Summit 2026.
What a day. Over 1,000 business leaders, policymakers and investors gathered at Autoworld for two days of dialogue on Ukraine's recovery — and the energy in the room was something else.
The Summit was opened by Commissioner Marta Kos and Ukraine's Deputy PM Taras Kachka, with one clear message: Ukraine is no longer just receiving aid — it is becoming a serious investment destination and a future EU member.
A few moments that stayed with me:
👉 The European Commission announcing a brand new €1.2 billion investment package for Ukraine — a real, tangible signal
👉 Honest, sharp conversations about energy, SMEs, dual-use industries, and how European capital can flow into reconstruction
👉 Meeting incredible people from across Europe — from Brussels institutions to entrepreneurs from Austria, Poland, Finland, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy and Belgium — all genuinely interested in cooperation with Ukraine
It's exactly why such platforms matter: real conversations, real partnerships, real future for Ukraine.
