🚨 Навіть у США немає ідеальної системи захисту коней
Останні події у США показали, що навіть у країні з розвиненою системою захисту тварин, численними благодійними фондами та рятувальними організаціями коні можуть ставати заручниками бізнесу та людської безвідповідальності.
Для України ця тема ще більш актуальна. Ми живемо в умовах війни, коли державні ресурси спрямовані насамперед на оборону країни, а питання порятунку та реабілітації коней фактично залишається на плечах власників, волонтерів та небайдужих людей.
На жаль, в Україні також трапляються випадки, коли замість системного вирішення проблеми коні стають приводом для чергового збору коштів. При цьому причини, які призвели до їхнього становища, часто залишаються без уваги.
Потрібно чесно визнати: сьогодні в Україні немає достатньої кількості професійних організацій та механізмів, які б системно займалися порятунком, реабілітацією та подальшим утриманням коней.

🚨 THE SLAUGHTER PIPELINE IS BACKED UP! 🚨
The "kill buyers" are officially in a pickle, and the truth needs to be exposed. Because of the recent screwworm outbreaks, horse slaughter has halted as the US and Mexico borders are completely locked down for livestock. But guess what? These kill buyers already bought the horses. They are sitting on pens full of animals they never intended to care for, and they are now exposed for what they truly are: glorified, profit-driven animal hoarders.
🛑 From "Horse Traders" to Extortionists
Now that their pipeline is blocked, these buyers are desperate. They are actively exploiting the suffering of these animals to hold the horse loving community hostage. We are seeing them post graphic pictures of horses in desperate need of medical care or euthanasia, with a twisted message: “Pay us, or this suffering horse will just set here."
Let’s call this what it is: EXTORTION.
Holding a suffering animal ransom for a payday is a whole other level of animal abuse. As horse owners, we know that if an animal is suffering, it is our legal and moral responsibility to provide veterinary care or humane euthanasia immediately. Prolonging an animal’s agony while waiting for a Venmo payment to clear is a crime.
📢 WE NEED YOU TO BLOW THE WHISTLE!
If you see a kill buyer or "kill pen" page posting suffering animals and demanding money under the threat of neglect:
DON'T PAY THE RANSOM: Giving these kill buyers exorbitant amounts of money only funds and enables their abusive system. Instead, please support legitimate, 501(c)(3) horse rescues that are actively working to intercept these animals. Our goal is to secure them through buyouts at true auction value, not the inflated, manipulative prices these traders demand. By capping our offers at no more than $550 per horse, we can effectively pull them out of this slaughter pipeline bottleneck without lining the pockets of extortionists.
The math doesn't lie: our sources reveal that if a trader pays $550 for a horse at auction, they make zero profit at the border under normal export conditions. These kill buyers know this, and they have been playing an extortion game for a long time, charging majorly inflated prices that are far beyond actual slaughter export values. Do not fund their greed; support honest rescue efforts instead.
REPORT TO FACEBOOK: Private individuals and horse traders are strictly prohibited from selling or advertising live animals on this platform under Facebook’s Regulated Goods and Commerce Policies. Kill Buyers are breaking the rules by using this platform to flip animals for profit. Report every single post for violating Facebook policies regarding the sale of live animals. Let’s take away their platforms away completely!
REPORT THEM IMMEDIATELY: Call their local Animal Control or Law Enforcement agencies. Force them to comply with state anti-cruelty laws.
CONTACT THE NEWS: Reach out to local and national media outlets. Tell them that horse traders are hoarding animals, prolonging their suffering, and threatening to let them die unless the public funds them. Bring the spotlight down on them!
