Vision: creating a children and youth friendly society in Zanzibar
Objectives:
1. To attain a level of awareness where the society adheres to all children's and youth's rights and protects those who are in poor living conditions and/or high risk.
2. To bring awareness to the public on the convention of the Rights of the Child
3. To collect and disseminate information on problems facing children a
nd youth
4. To assist in providing materials and psycho-social support to the most needy children and/or youth
5. To provide educational support to the most vulnerable female students
6. To provide life skills training to children and youth
7. To provide adolescent sexual reproductive health education, HIV/AIDs, drug abuse, and gender mainstreaming to children and youth through peer education
8. To support children's initiatives through formation of Clubs/Organization
9. To collaborate and work with relevant local, national, and international institutions with similar objectives
