GIHON NEEDY COMFORT ORGANIZATION is a non-denominational, public charity committed to serving God and meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of Vulnerable women, youth and disabled through innovative crisis intervention and the application of existing and developing community programs right here in Tanzania. These needs include, but are not limited to, affirming the God given dignity
and value inherent within the individual and community. We offer practical tools for leading a joyous, abundant and prosperous life through Counselling etc. Target Group: Vulnerable women, youth and disabled. Our Goal is to aid Vulnerable women, youth in distress, educate the public about the needs of them and provide statistics, intervention, prevention & assisting victims in obtaining resources that will help them restore their lives. Our Mission is to find, care for, minister to, and empower Vulnerable women, youth and disabled including the widows and the fatherless as they recover from the loss of a spouse or parent(s) and to give them hope and purpose. Our Prayer is that God would be glorified through this organization so that the lives of Vulnerable women, youth and disabled would be transformed! Our Vision:

To create awareness on the rights of widows and other women in the
areas of basic education, legal awareness, income generating activities:
(small scale industries, trading arts and crafts), health and population,
agriculture and environment. We are committed to:
• Finding the Vulnerable and disabled people - To pe*****te this silent community through the use of personal contacts, referrals, and advocacy agencies.
• Ministering to the Vulnerable and disabled people - We exist to be an active voice for them and to raise awareness of their needs
• Empowering the Vulnerable and disabled people - Help them take their rightful place of honor in the community through hands on ministry opportunities, workshops, and community outreach programs. If you are a Vulnerable or disabled, we want you to know that God loves and cares deeply for you. Rather, God desires to reveal Himself in new and dynamic ways through you if you will allow Him to lead and guide you in this new season of your life. His promise to you is this:
What does GINCO Organization do? We will provide a crisis intervention mentor to assess the urgent needs of Vulnerable women, youth and disabled including widows and orphans in times of distress. We offer immediate intervention and comfort and ensure that basic needs are met. We then begin to develop a program aimed at assisting, educating, and encouraging each client in personal growth spiritually, emotionally and in life skills. Each client is charged with the task of gaining the necessary tools they need to overcome their circumstances and rise to a level of security that ensures not just survival but very real opportunity. makundi ambayo kijamii yameathiriwa na athari za kimaumbile au

1. Kuhakikisha ulinzi na utetezi wa haki za wanawake
2. Kushirikisha wanawake katika masuala ya utawala bora, haki za
binadamu, demokrasia na vita dhidi ya rushwa.
3. Kuhakikisha kuwa Wajane na wazee wasiojiweza wanasaidiwa kwa
namna mbalimbali kulingana na mahitaji yao ili waweze kuishi
maisha ya kiubinadamu.
4. Kuwezesha wanawake, vijana, watoto na jamii kupata elimu juu ya
stadi za maisha, ushauri nasaha na afya ya uzazi.
5. Kuunganisha jamii ya watanzania kuungana dhidi ya kampeni za
VVU/UKIMWI
6. Kuwezesha utambuzi na usajili watoto yatima, wajane na watu
waishio na Virusi vya Ukimwi.
7. Kuwezesha uleaji/ utunzaji kwa faraja walengwa wake kwa
kuwatembelea majumbani, kwa kuwafariji na kwa kuwapatia
misaada ya hali na mali bila ubaguzi wa imani, rangi, ama tofauti za
