Generally, the conditions of children with disability in Tanzania society ranging from Country to the family level has been of sad history, these children have been unfairly treated,segregated,marginalized and being denied their rights to access education. The society had been having the negative attitude on disability and claim to be a curse from God, eventually were sacrificed a
nd killed, and if a family has to keep the disabled child alive, will always hidden inside a special room till the end of one’s life silently. However, we have come to realize, Lack of enough knowledge among the society, has been the great contributing factor for holding poor belief toward children with disability. As responds toward, members of TVIO who also specialized in Bachelor of Special Education in different forms of disability, including Hearing, Visual, Cognitive and Speech impairment have eventually come up and decide to form this special organ for the purpose of helping children with disability and their family. Also, helping the surrounding community’s understanding and live in inclusive based society in peace and harmony. Despite the fact that there is a huge number of individuals with disability in our country who appear to burden their family and community, but, with given correct support, nearly all disabled have the ability to participate and contribute equally like others. With above short story, we strong believe that, if the mindset of people will positively transformed, people with disability will live in heaven free and joy life ever and that why we wind up by our Motto ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING.
