Women of Team UPENDO (Love) going home after finishing their service
HURUMA IVUME!
_Let Mercy Resound!_
_On Thursday 6/8/2026 two teams were in service:_
TEAM UAMINIFU (Faithfulness) who went to one home. This team has 5 women.
TEAM FURAHA (Happiness) has 5 women too. They visited another home.
_Friday 7/8/2026:_
TEAM UTU WEMA (Goodness) are visiting 2 homes. The team has 4 members.
The women who serve under the HURUMA IVUME program support persons with disabilities and elderly people.
Our activities:
👉🏾 Helping people with personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning homes and surroundings;
👉🏾 Planting and taking care of fruit-trees belonging to persons with disabilities;
👉🏾 Fetching firewood and water;
👉🏾 Offering consolation through counseling and prayers;
👉🏾 Being with special needs pupils in school during break-time and when their teachers need a helping hand.
