POSITION: Project Coordinator
COMMUNITY INITIATIVES PROMOTION (CIP) is looking for experienced, self-driven, dynamic and result oriented individual who is keen to develop a career in a dynamic, passionate and challenging environment. The successful candidate will be part of the CIP management team.
Overall job purpose
The project coordinator is responsible for the planning, ex*****on and implementation of the project according to the prevailing standards and ensure active engagement and participation of the community members in the projects.
she will be responsible for planning, implementation and coordination of all project and provides overall oversight of the project.
Reports to: Director of Programs
Duty station: Singida region
ELIGIBILITY:
(i) Holder of Bachelor’s degree in Participatory project planning and Management, Community Development, Sociology, Gender and Development, Development Studies, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or related fields
(ii)Background in project management and experience working with local NGOs in remote areas is an added advantage.
(iii)At least three years related experience in project management especially women and girls empowerment related projects.
(iv)Experience in enhancing women and youth participation and their capacity building in various spaces will be important.
(v) Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply for this position.
(vi)The position is open to qualified applicants who are 40 years old or younger.
