Richard is a deaf and dump (CWD)and today is the final decision-making on this football match.
it's was hard for the opponent team to Believe Ability of Richard to handle the pressure of players for 90 minutes considering he is deaf and dump but deep discuss and consideration concluded for Richard to be referee of the match.
He managed to control the match for all 90 minutes with appreciation from players.
