Through our Education Program, under the Inclusive Social Club Project, we successfully strengthened club leadership at Lwahnima Primary School by electing new student leaders. 🗳️✨

The election was conducted successfully, giving students an opportunity to participate, take responsibility, and contribute to the growth of their club.

Together, we continue building a school environment where every student has a voice, feels valued, and has the opportunity to lead. 🤝🌍

Katika kuadhimisha siku ya kimataifa ya Familia, CDI tulipata fursa ya kushiriki maadhimisho yaliyofanyika katika viwanja vya Kitangiri, Wilaya ya Ilemela mkoani Mwanza yaliyoandaliwa na Halmashauri ya Manispaa ya Ilemela chini ya kauli mbiu: “Mtoto ni malezi; msingi wa familia bora na taifa imara.”

Kupitia maadhimisho hayo, CDI tuliwasilisha mada kuhusu “Uhusiano wa afya ya akili na familia bora” tukisisitiza umuhimu wa malezi chanya, ustawi wa afya ya akili, na mshikamano wa kifamilia katika kujenga jamii salama na taifa lenye nguvu.

Tunathamini ushirikiano wa wadau wote walioendelea kuhamasisha ustawi wa familia na maendeleo ya jamii.

Maadhimisho haya hufanyika tarehe 15 May kila mwaka.

CDI pamoja na wakina mama ambao ni wanfufaika wa mradi wa Mwanamke jasiri wameungana na wakinamama wote wa jiji la Mwanza katika Maadhimisho ya siku ya wanawake Duniani yaliyofanyika kimkoa katika viwanja vya Nanenane Nyamongolo Mwanza.

Mgeni rasmi wa maadhimisho haya ni Mkuu wa mkoa wa Mwanza Ndugu Said Mtanda. Katika maadhimisho yenye kauli mbiu "HAKI NA USAWA KWA WANAWAKE NA WASICHANA: MSINGI JUMUISHI KUFIKIA DIRA 2050"

Today, our enumerators started their first day in the field conducting the Midline Survey under the Tulia Kumekucha project across 9 wards in Dodoma Region: Majengo, Uhuru, Chang’ombe, Chamwino, Kiwanja cha Ndege, Makole, Viwandani, Ipagala, and Tambukaeli.
The exercise aims to collect important data to measure project progress, and we are proud of the smooth coordination and strong teamwork made possible through clear communication and collaboration with our enumerators. 🤝

Project activities officially underway!
We kicked off project implementation with a productive meeting with enumerators held at Tunaweza Disability Foundation’s office in Dodoma.

The session focused on discussing logistics, strategies for conducting the research survey, and building strong coordination through introductions and team bonding.

Together, we are ready to move forward and make meaningful impact in the communities we serve. 🤝

Games 🎯 | Songs 🎶 | Learning 📚 | Inclusion 💙
Today’s Inclusive Social Club session at Lwahnima Primary School was full of energy and purpose. Students learned about the meaning of inclusion, received club guidelines to understand their roles, and actively engaged in discussions that shape positive attitudes for life.
Ending the session with a reflective essay assignment, we encouraged students to think deeply about inclusion and their role in building an equal society.

Smiles, teamwork, and inclusion in action! 💙⚽
Today at Lwahnima Primary School, Inclusive Social Club members and students with disabilities came together through sports and games.

🏀 Throwing ball match: Boys vs Girls
🏆 Final score: 6–5 (Boys win!)
The joy on the faces of children with disabilities as they played with their fellow students reminded us why inclusion matters. ✨
