PANDA ELIMU BORA PROJECT

Panda Elimu Bora Education Project Providing Quality Secondary Education for Under-Privileged Children in Tanzania

What We Do

The aim of the Panda Elimu Bora Education Project is to help vulnerable children living in urban and rural areas of Mwanza region to receive a descent education. We facilitate the acquisition of high-quality education for vulnerable children in Mwanza region. “Panda Elimu Bora Project” targets vulnerable children with the highest academic results levels who are not able to afford a descent education from the existing schools within their financial reach. We consider vulnerable children as those living in poverty as manifested in experiencing poor housing without water, electricity, and other essential hygienic amenities such as toilets. We particularly target both boys and girls without opportunities and living in poor areas with very low educational levels.

The aim of Panda Elimu Bora is to provide an enabling environment for students to learn effectively. Panda Elimu Bora focuses on secondary education. The support includes full sponsorship for secondary Students to ensure they achieve the highest educational standards. The project currently provides support to 5 children, and we intend to increase this number as we obtain more funding and resources. In addition to teaching extra classes (tuition), an important part of the program is to provide full financial support by providing accommodation for sponsored students in need.
