PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The nature of the project itself is need based therefore it has greater roles on helping the targeted groups without discouraging the community’s cultural while promoting them into the modern and acceptable way that shall favor all groups of people in the community this can be achieved through some few ways such as;
a. Educating the community leaders on the necessity of the pro
ject, as leaders are the top people in the community. Using the community’s influential people in imparting the ideas of the best cultural values that will never lead to any further discrimination
c. Through educating various groups of people in the community independently and later on gathering them together in order to give each side the room to be free and understand limitation of each group towards the promotion of the positive cultural values and eradication of the negative cultural values. On the other hand the project is also non-discriminatory as it provides room for all the people regardless of their gender possession to participate in every stage or in different phases basing on their potentials and capabilities (Gender Equity). Moreover, the project will empower women at large because they are the second victims in the course as most men leaves their families to towns therefore various initiatives including the provisions of loans will be done to help these housewives be able to utilizes the available opportunities and sustain their families. In this juncture, there will be provision of number of Small business education and entrepreneurship spirit among women who are seeing as the family saviors in most of the African societies due to their high level of persistent and hard working for the family living. In a nutshell, the project is expected to contribute much to the formation of the positive values in the community due to the teaching at the centre that will enforce them to adapt good manners and become good citizens to the whole community and country at large.
