Naomi Ruth Bread of Life Orphan Centers Our mission: To provide relief to the orphan children at risk in Tanzania, relieving suffering and promoting their interests in the name of Jesus the Lord.

The orphan center was originally set up in 2006 by Emmanuel Mwasunga, founder and president of Mbeya Juvenile Orphans Christian Education Centre Ministries. Emmanuel appointed Sekela, a widow as the leader of the Orphan Center in 2006 and the children met in Sekela’s home. In November 2013 the orphan center came under the umbrella of World Mission Outreach and is now known as Naomi Ruth Bread of L

ife Orphan Centers. The orphan center is based in Mbeya, in the south west of Tanzania, Africa. Currently the children live with their extended family and attend the center five times a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. When they attend the center, they are provided with nutritious meals, practical needs and school needs. Bible teaching is given and other activities are undertaken.

We praise God for our recent board of trustees meeting. We acknowledged one of our trustee's who has been serving for over nine years. He has played a pivotal role in assisting us obtain land and in the expansion of the areas we own. We thank God for the trustee's invaluable experience, advice and leadership.

We praise God for the privilege we have to raise our children and youth!

We thank God for Kelvin, who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Education in 2022. He left the center four years ago and is self employed.

Today we were blessed to have him visit us. His love and passion for Jesus is evident. Our children loved seeing him and responded well to his teaching style.

Kelvin is a great role model for our children and youth.

We praise God for His provision, today our primary school children received their school supplies! They will be returning to school this week.

We thank God for our sponsors' support through prayers and finances, that provide our children's school needs.

Four girls and one boy will be finishing primary school in September, their national exams will determine if they will proceed to secondary school in 2027.
