After our Leadership and Emotional Intelligence training to the schools clubs young leaders (club members), we visited each school and had a very constructive conversation with heads of school on the way forward.

But something amazing happened, each club had prepared a tree in memory of Dr Steve Mortenson, after delivering an incredible training session.

All trees were named

Our last day of training was more than just a vibe! Key stakeholders were invited to speak to the students; Police Gender and Children Desk, Social Welfare, Community Development, Education Officer, etc

Followed by participants and their teachers developing their action plans, moving forward.

DAY 2- LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE TRAINING

Our day 2 workshop was on Supportive Confrontation; it has been a reassuring skill-sharing on how to communicate with someone without us setting off their shadow (anger, fear, guilty).

This involves emotional control and how to apply it for effectively communicating our messages.

Although we want to achieve some individual or collective goals, the way we share our messages or plans with people, stakeholders or communities decides whether or not, they but in. Consequently, most of our wishes, golas or plans encounters setbacks and rejections.
