Am I alone in this world? I believe that I know what Jesus meant when he expressed the love for all of the world. In the Parable of the Prodigal Son he directs us to express kindness and care for others.
I just a short while ago I heard President Trump answer a question about his attitude to Putin and the war in Eastern Ukraine. He indicated CLEARLY that because AMERICANS were not suffering in Ukraine he and the VP essentially had no commitment to challenge Putin and his plans. I guess that tells the people of Ukraine and by inference the people of the world that the nation which boasts that it is the most powerful nation in the world is set on a path of isolatanism. History states clearly that this is an enormous error. Maybe years ago in the days of sailing ships and SLOW communication this may seem to have worked? BUT NOT IN THE PRESENT TIME. No one is about to attack the continental USA. That is true.
Why did President Trump attend the NATO Conference? I have the clear opinion that he is not to be trusted! He is full of words and overflowing with advice and criticism of others but at heart is a coward. Does he RULE a nation of cowards? I do not believe so but he surely stamps with violence on those who criticize him.
He pretends compassion for 'the people who are dying'! No, not really. That simply a nuisance to his plans, whatever they may be.
Consider how he now treats the 'migrants' in the USA. Yes, there are surely a few bad apples BUT the present actions are simply outrageous. He pretends to have a big heart. NO! It is a small withered thing! I truly believe that the majority of Americans are troubled and even embarrassed by his actions, attitudes and statements. If he had been the one Satan tempted so long ago I am SURE the response would have been different. "Sure thing. Will I have a throne?" He LOVES to mix with that crowd. They KNOW him!
Pray for the world. Pray that Christians may have the courage and the love the Spirit of God provides. Pray that the gift of spiritual awareness my be desired, sought and received. Pray that even Christians may seek their 'entertainment and joys' in that which is good and beneficial. The internet overflows with RUBBISH and the minds and heart of millions overflow with such stuff! That must be the situation for someone is paying the Devil.
But, where is the Church of Jesus Christ. Where IS the true Body of Christ? DO WE EVEN CARE! I pray so.
