We mobilize collective efforts so as to empower and increase the capacity of the most vulnerable people at the grassroots and the community at large to Identify and utilize the opportunities they already have so as to fight against vulnerability and any sense of powerlessness, which expose them to shock. People who JAAV targets are those who are extremely vulnerable in the society both men and wom
en regardless of their tribe and age whose day to day life is characterized by vulnerable situation due to the disadvantaged position they have hence they are easily exposed to shock. For the purpose of this context, the most vulnerable groups in society will include;
a. Persons with disabilities,
c. Unemployed youths,
e. Youth with unreliable incomes,
f. Elderly persons,
g. People with long illness like HIV/AIDS, and diabetes,
h. Widows and Widowers
i. Drug addicts and alcoholics
