Kisafishaji cha mikono ambacho kina angalau 60% ya pombe kinaweza kuwa mbadala mzuri wa kunawa mikono wakati hakuna sabuni na maji.
Njia bora ni kunawa mikono wakati wote sabuni na maji yanapopatikana, hata k**a unatumia kisafishaji cha mikono.

How can I protect my self from getting Covid-19?
Wash Your Hands:
In our weekly meetings, youths have been practice different methods of preventing them from getting Covid-19.
In this photo, one of the youths were showing others how and when to wash our hands.
Wash with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Make sure to scrub all sides of your hands (in between fingers, back of hands, etc.)
Remember to wash your hands before preparing or eating food, before touching your face, after using the restroom, after going out in public, after coughing, blowing your nose, or sneezing and after being around for someone who is sick.
Hands sanitizer that is at least 60% alcohol can be a good substitute for hand washing when soap and water are not available.
It is best practice to wash your hands whenever soap and water next become available, even if you use hand sanitizer.
