We mainly centralizing our focuses on
1.EDUCATION SUPPORT
Simply finding out all children who were supposed to be in schools, unfortunately are not registered due to family problems like poverty, orphanage, myths like not sending girls ,and other related challenges.Hence NHCYN acts as a bridge between those children and other NGOs and Government by exposing these victims so that they get support
. Also we focuses on Children and youth who are in schools but due to the same proms are not enjoying their school life due to lack of school fees and inability to afford other basic needs which triggers their academic development.Likewise, NHCYN collect information of these children and youth finally address to the public so that support is given to these children and youth
Moreover, NHCYN explore,identify and support children with extra ordinary talents in academics like good performance in science subjects as the way of encouraging them to work hard.
2.SELF EXPRESSION AND AWARENESS
NHCYN focuses on capacity building to the children and youth on the basis of self expression skills by encouraging and making them feel confident to an extent of expressing their views so that they they can be heard
Also teaching and giving insights about children's rights which after being imparted to the children plus self expression abilities, finally we expect to build a generation with confident children and youth in demanding their rights.
3.TALENT DEVELOPMENT
Every child at the moment of birth is either gifted or talented, it is the society's task to explore ,identify and promote children and youth's talents.Hence NHCYN focuses on Exploration, Identification and Promotion of Children and youth with special talents, similarly by exposing them to the public so that they get suport timely. Talent is also accompanied by career choice and development, hence we also aim at preparing special seminars which involve people with different profession careers so that every child and youth who has been identified to be interested or able to dream about a certain career is advised by people with such skills ,example a lot of children and youth dream to be doctors, engineers BUT due to the fact that they dont have special advise and exposer that enable them to meet with engineerings and dovtors for inspirations finally their dreams fails. Also environments that are used to raise childrem and youth paly big role in shaping good and bad ending of children and youth's career choice
APPROACHES
NHCYN uses the following approaches in order to meet these goals
1. Researcch
This involves all tyspes of research methods so as to get data or information of the all beneficiaries of the programs
Example, knowing how many children above age of going to school are not registered for school in a cerain Region , requires a certain Research which will yield accurate data. Also knowing children and youth who perform well in their studies but are facing challenges due to family problems which trigers their academic development, requires reseach which can produce accurate informations
Moreover, knowing about how many children and youth dream about being ENGINEERS but they have never met engineers despite their good performance in science subjects requires research. THEREFORE, NHCYN employ Research as the first appoach of meeting these dreams.
2. SEMINARS ,FESTIVAL AND CONCERTS
Preparing seminars and festival which aim at teaching children and youth about their rights and importance of self awareness , also semiar involves bringing together children,youth and people with skills on certain academic area something giving inspirations to youth and children
Seminars and festivals also preapare chilren and youth practcally to get chance of self expression
Seminars and festivals give and opportunity to youth and children to meet and exchange ideas
3.PUBLICATIONS
Whatever is done must be publicised so that the message is sent to the public timely
4.FUND RISING
This is done for the sake of geting money of supporting their children and youth and geting money to be used in running the programs
