🌈✨ There is beauty in being together, being ourselves, and simply enjoying the space we share.

Our q***r fashion show was more than fashion — it was about community, connection, laughter, freedom, and the joy of existing unapologetically. ❤️🏳️‍🌈

In a world that doesn’t always make room for us, creating spaces where we can feel seen, celebrated, safe, and accepted is a beautiful act of love.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, shared their energy, expressed their style, and made this space special. The outfits were beautiful, but the togetherness was even more beautiful. 💫

Important of Character Development.🏳️‍⚧️😎 Success is not about what you achieve. It’s is also about who you become while achieving it.Your character shapes the way you think,the way you treat people, the decisions you make, and how you respond when life becomes difficult.

Positive character development helps you build:
Integrity- doing the right thing even when nobody is watching
Confidence- believing in yourself without needing to put others down.
Resilience- leaning how to rise after failure, rejection,and disappointment.
Empathy- understanding that everyone is fighting battles you may not see.
Discipline- choosing what is important over what is simply comfortable
Responsibility- taking ownership of your choices instead of always blaming others.
Self-awareness- recognizing your strength, weaknesses, emotions, and areas where you need to grow

The goal is not to become perfect.
The goal is to become wiser,kinder,stronger,more authentic as you move through life.
Ask yourself:
Who am I becoming?

What am I achieving?
Because one day, your achievements will tell people what you accomplished.
Keep growing.Keep learning. Keep becoming.

Today’s was a reminder that healing is not always about having all the answer.Sometimes it’s about creating a space to breathe,reconnect,listen,inwardly,honor where we come from and remember who we are becoming. Our community carry ancestral knowledge, spirituality,music,storytelling,ritual and collective wisdom that have helped generations survive, heal and imagine new possibilities. Greatful for the beautifully held spiritual session, a space to reflection,connection,restoration and becoming.🕯🌏. We are incredibly proud of the growth of our pocket Cinema mentees!❤️ Though pocketcina training young people have gained practical skills in basic filmmaking,storytelling and visual expression. But what makes us even more proud is seeing them take what they learned and share those skills with others in their own homes and communities.🌱📹. We believe that when young people are given the tools to tell their stories, they don’t just create films, they create possibilities for others.

We are incredibly proud of the growth of our Pocket Cinema mentees! ❤️

Through the Pocket Cinema training, young people have gained practical skills in basic filmmaking, storytelling, and visual expression. But what makes us even more proud is seeing them take what they learned and share those skills with others in their own homes and communities. 🌱🎥

This is what meaningful mentorship looks like — knowledge being passed on, creativity multiplying, and young people becoming teachers, storytellers, and changemakers in their own right. 🙌🏾

From mentees to mentors, the impact continues beyond the training room. 🎬🌍

We are proud and grateful to announce that Tanzania Trans Initiative (TTI) has completed its Gender and Child Safeguarding Policy! 🎉

This is more than just a document — it is a commitment to creating a safer, more inclusive, respectful, and accountable environment for everyone we work with, especially children, young people, transgender and gender-diverse communities.

Developing this policy is an important step in strengthening our organization, protecting those we serve, and ensuring that our programs and spaces uphold dignity, equality, safety, and human rights. 💜

We are proud of what we have accomplished together, and we look forward to putting these principles into action across all our work.
