Head of Finance and Administration (Interim – Volunteer Position)

This leadership role is ideal for someone committed to strengthening financial systems, ensuring accountability, and building sustainable structures that empower young people across Tanzania.

• Lead budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance
• Strengthen internal controls and administrative systems
• Oversee procurement, asset management, and operations
• Support program budgeting and donor reporting
