🌟 *Tanzania Rising at TEACON 2026 Through Visionary Leadership* 🌟

Leadership is not about a title — it is about influence, vision, and the ability to inspire people into action.

A huge appreciation to *TM Leah Minja* @⁨Leah⁩ for her outstanding leadership as the *Country Chair* for the *Toastmasters East Africa Conference 2026 (TEACON 2026)*, proudly representing Tanzania.

Her dedication in coordinating, motivating, and persuading Toastmasters clubs across Tanzania to participate in TEACON has been truly remarkable. From only *2 members* attending two years ago, Tanzania has now grown to an incredible *25 members and guests* participating this year. That growth is not accidental — it is the result of passion, consistency, teamwork, and visionary leadership.

Leah’s efforts are helping build a stronger Toastmasters culture in Tanzania, creating opportunities for learning, networking, leadership, and international exposure for many members.

TEACON is more than just a conference — it is a family reunion of leaders, communicators, and changemakers across East Africa. Seeing Tanzania rise and participate in bigger numbers is powerful and inspiring for the entire District.

Thank you, Leah Minja, for believing in Tanzania Toastmasters and for inspiring many to step forward, grow, and represent the country proudly on the East African stage.
