2.3 CODATz Engagement strategies
In an endeavor to attain the above stated objectives, CODATz shall.
• Mobilize and encourage women and youths in the country to initiate multi-stakeholder development projects and processes that are owned and rooted in the community they reside in.
• Promote and facilitate the empowerment of youths to attain higher levels of education, skills and knowledge for self-reliance.
• CODATz shall use its membership particularly women and youth groups in communities to carry out projects, training and consultancy including research and work related to information technology and the built environment.
