Three days. One mission. Real conversion.
Last week our team convened in Mbagala for a focused 3-day workshop to strategize on improving "maktaba ya mtaa" a community library initiative rooted in Tandale. Fron group presentation to deep discussion , every session was driven by one goal: making knowledge more accessible to the yputh in our community. The energy was a reminder of what possible when passionate people come together with a purpose 💡📖📒 ; Because communities that read , lead. ✊️ .

Session of programation on activities and actions was back to the table again. Participants had opportunity to share in small groups their understanding on session preparation , objectives per sessions , how to set objectives quaterly and annually.

It is important to prepare and set objectives on every session in actions so as to have targets to reach and easy way to evaluate the outcome of the action.

No Plannification , No Action 😉

Every group had opportunity to share what they have understand from the sharing session ; and give out their opinion on what to be continued done to add up on the fight against extreme poverty .
