Tanzania Media Foundation Tanzania Media Foundation (TMF) was formerly Tanzania Media Fund. It stands for an independent, quality, diverse and vibrant media in Tanzania.

TMF works to promote public interest journalism through innovation, creativity, learning and partnerships. We are committed to investigative journalism, rural coverage and gender equality. We conduct media monitoring and research, provide mentorship, use learning-by-doing approaches and run a media lab.
