At the PreIWD 2026 panel discussions, shared powerful insights on the role private companies play within information access, market visibility, and opportunity across the extractive sector.

The discussion explored how information asymmetries, market access, and recognition continue to shape participation within the value chain, while also highlighting the importance of auditing systems, decision-making spaces, and access to industry knowledge.

The conversation also challenged companies to look beyond “support” and instead examine how access, visibility, and information influence who participates, who benefits, and who captures value within the sector.

What a year it has been.
