Tarehe 1 Juni 2026, Shirika la lilipata heshima ya kushiriki Bungeni katika kikao cha Hotuba ya Bajeti ya Wizara ya Maendeleo ya Jamii, Jinsia, Wanawake na Makundi Maalum kwa mwaka wa fedha 2026/2027, likiwakilishwa na Mkurugenzi wetu, Salama Kikudo, pamoja na Meneja wa Programu, Mawi Zahor.

Ushiriki huu unaonesha dhamira yetu ya kuendelea kushirikiana na Serikali na wadau mbalimbali katika kuendeleza ustawi wa jamii, usawa wa kijinsia, uwezeshaji wa wanawake na ulinzi wa makundi maalum.

Pamoja tunaendelea kujenga Tanzania jumuishi, yenye fursa sawa na maendeleo endelevu kwa wote.

In a time of growing social, economic, and health challenges, reproductive health rights and wellbeing cannot be left behind.

Feminists, community organizers, young people, disability inclusion advocates, PLHIV networks, health practitioners, and reproductive justice actors from across Tanzania are coming together to share experiences, strengthen collaboration, and promote rights, dignity, wellbeing, and equitable access to SRHR information and services for all.

The 2nd National Forum on Reproductive Justice in Tanzania is a space for dialogue, solidarity, learning, and collective reflection on how to strengthen access to right-based quality sexual and reproductive health information and services within supportive and respectful communities.
Because health, dignity, and access to SRHR information and services are not optional, but essential, for the wellbeing and development of our communities.

✊🏾 Our health matters. Human dignity matters. Strong communities are built through inclusion, care, and shared responsibility.

Serikali inaendelea kusisitiza umuhimu wa wazazi na walezi kuwajibika katika kuhakikisha watoto wanapata haki yao ya elimu na malezi bora. Elimu huanza nyumbani na ushirikiano kati ya familia, jamii na wadau wa maendeleo ni msingi wa kujenga kizazi chenye maadili, uwezo na ndoto za kufanikiwa.

Na sisi tunaamini kuwa kila mzazi ana nafasi kubwa ya kuwa chanzo cha mafanikio ya mtoto wake kupitia elimu. Tukiwekeza katika elimu ya watoto leo, tunajenga jamii salama, yenye usawa na maendeleo ya kesho. Tushirikiane kuhakikisha hakuna mtoto anayebaki nyuma kielimu.

“Mnasema Waziri una mkakati gani? Lakini na nyie huko nyumbani mikakati yenu ni nini huko nyumbani?”

Kauli hiyo ilitolewa na Mheshimiwa waziri wa Maendeleo ya Jamii, Jinsia,wanawake na makundi Dkt. Dorothy Gwajima alipokuwa akizungumza na wazazi pamoja na wanafunzi katika uzinduzi wa Kampeni ya Kitaifa kuhusu Maadili na Malezi Chanya ya Watoto yenye kauli mbiu: “Mtoto ni Malezi, Msingi wa Familia Bora kwa Taifa Imara” uliofanyika wilayani Handeni, mkoani Tanga kuelekea Maadhimisho ya Siku ya Mtoto wa Afrika.

Kupitia kampeni hii inayotarajiwa kutekelezwa katika mikoa yote ya Tanzania, jamii inaendelea kuhamasishwa kutambua kuwa malezi bora huanzia nyumbani. Kila mzazi, mlezi na mwanajamii ana wajibu wa kujenga mazingira salama yatakayowawezesha watoto kukua katika maadili mema, elimu bora na ndoto zenye mafanikio kwa mustakabali imara wa taifa letu.

Hon. Dr. Dorothy Gwajima (MP), on 23.05.2026 in Korogwe District, Tanga Region, while speaking with students and parents, emphasized the importance of communities embracing positive parenting and strong moral values as a foundation for building a generation with integrity, capability and a hopeful future.

She explained that the implementation of the second pillar of the National Development Vision 2050, which focuses on human capacity and social development, requires collaboration among families, communities, and stakeholders to ensure that children receive proper care and upbringing, quality education, healthcare services, and inclusive social protection systems.

She further emphasized that investing in children today has a lasting impact on the future. Children raised in safe environments with positive parenting and strong values grow with confidence, are empowered to achieve their dreams, and become catalysts for positive change within their communities. Through collective efforts, we can build a strong generation that contributes to sustainable development for families, communities, and the nation as a whole.

Let us build today’s children for a better Tanzania tomorrow.

Malezi bora huanza nyumbani, na mtoto anayelelewa katika mazingira salama na yenye maadili hujenga msingi wa familia bora na taifa imara.

Kwa kushirikiana na Serikali kupitia Wizara ya Maendeleo ya Jamii, Jinsia, Wanawake na Makundi Maalum, ikiongozwa na Kampeni ya Kitaifa ya Maadili na Malezi Chanya kwa Watoto ilizinduliwa rasmi chini ya kaulimbiu: “Mtoto ni Malezi: Msingi wa Familia Bora kwa Taifa Imara” Tuanzie Nyumbani.

Kampeni hii imelenga kuhamasisha wazazi, walezi na jamii kuhusu umuhimu wa malezi chanya, maadili mema na ulinzi wa watoto dhidi ya ukatili pamoja na matumizi mabaya ya mitandao ya kijamii ambapo itatekelezwa nchi nzima hadi juni 30, 2026.

Sisi Hope 4 Young Girls tunaendelea kuunga mkono juhudi hizi kwa kufikisha elimu kwa jamii kupitia kampeni za nyumba kwa nyumba (Tuanzie Nyumbani) katika maeneo yote tunayofanyia kazi, kwa sababu tunaamini mabadiliko makubwa huanzia kwenye familia na jamii zinazowazunguka watoto.

Tuanzie nyumbani. Tulee kwa upendo. Tujenge kizazi chenye maadili kwa taifa lenye matumaini.
