Tanzania Water and Environmental Sanitation - TWESA TWESA is a Tanzanian NGO that provides water, sanitation and hygiene services to refugees and local communities.

TWESA’s mission is to develop improved clean water supply, sanitation and hygiene to refugees and local communities in Tanzania. TWESA aims to do this by constructing wells, rainwater harvesting tanks, water distribution from springs and other methods of water supply. TWESA also improves sanitation and hygiene through community education programs, school programs and construction of latrines.
