YRF serves a global community by disseminating, sharing, and applying knowledge related to research activities. Research in Tanzania is not conceived as a high priority development, YRF therefore has vested itself with the intrinsic duty of transforming the lackluster disinterestedness into a more

welcoming zeal towards engaging the community in various research developments and projects. In doing so, we aim at having close links with scholars, policymakers and civil society activists as well as the work of relevant regional and international institutions whose participation will have a positive impact to the overall development and progress of research as a key to inclusive economic growth and employment creation in Tanzania.
