Child labour steals childhood, limits opportunity, and holds communities back. On World Day Against Child Labour, the Karimjee Foundation renews its commitment to accelerating action to protect children’s rights. Through our partnership with , we support efforts to create safer futures for child domestic workers by prioritising education, protection, and pathways out of exploitation. Ending child labour requires coordinated action, strong policies, and access to education so families are never forced to choose between survival and their children’s futures. Together with , the Karimjee Foundation supported One Girl Plus mentorship sessions, Halmashauri courtesy visits, and One Girl One Bike donations in Nzega, Tabora and Bahi, Dodoma.

Through the programme, girls were encouraged to build confidence, stay in school, and believe in their future. A total of 275 bicycles were donated to support students who travel long distances to school, helping reduce fatigue, lateness, and dropout rates.

Because every girl deserves the chance to learn, grow, and move forward.
