In the maternity and neonatal ward, every detail matters. 👶🏿💜 Temperature regulation, feeding support, respiratory adaptation, postnatal recovery 🤍 It’s a continuous cycle of observation, intervention, and care both for mothers and newborns in their first hours and days of life. Real change happens here, in the everyday clinical work shared with local staff.🫱🏾‍🫲🏼
