Yesterday, we took action for our oceans and coastlines. 🌊

Among the waste collected were discarded fabrics, plastics, and other materials that threaten marine ecosystems and the beauty of our beaches.

Every piece of waste removed was a reminder that environmental conservation is a shared responsibility. Together, we can prevent pollution from reaching our oceans and protect nature for future generations.

Join us in protecting our environment. Be part of the change—reduce waste, reuse what you can, and take action in your community.

💚 Follow for more cleanups and youth-led climate action.

📣 Let’s keep our coastlines clean—one action at a time.

As part of the ongoing Eco Wear Project activities, participants have officially received their creative assignment to begin developing their final prototype designs.

Each participant will prepare and present TWO prototypes that creatively communicate messages on environmental conservation, climate action, sustainability, waste reduction, and responsible living through fashion, art, and eco-conscious innovation.

The assignment aims to encourage young creatives to use design as a tool for environmental awareness, storytelling, and positive social impact while promoting sustainable and circular creative practices within their communities.

We look forward to witnessing the creativity, innovation, and impactful environmental messages that will be showcased through the participants’ final presentations.

At the Environmental Conservation Community of Tanzania (ECCT), we believe that sustainable consumption and production begin with the choices we make every day

Through the Eco Wear Project, we are empowering young people to transform textile waste into sustainable fashion, promote circular economy solutions, and use creativity as a tool for environmental conservation and climate action

This weekend, we celebrate the power of youth-led innovation in building a more sustainable future — where fashion becomes part of the solution, not the pollution 💚
