Back ground
The united Republic of Tanzania recognizes the initiatives undertaking by Non-governmental organizations on the matters related to legal and public relation for provision of services to the general public, since the government alone cannot fulfill all the requirements of its people, has to open rooms for civil society organizations and development partners to fill the remaining
gaps or inter into partnership, and with concept there for GOLA FOUNDATION COMPANY LIMITED (GF)
as among of them is joining the effort of the government .GF operates under its memorandum and article of associations. STATUS
GF is established and its affairs shall be managed and administered as a voluntary, autonomous, secular, non-partisan, and non-governmental;for the purpose of providing services on social-economic ,traditional, culture and favorable customs to poor and vulnerable community and the public at large. GF is registered under the companies act,2002 (cap,212) which provides for the establishment of company limited by guarantee and not having share capital, Gola Foundation company limited has been registered as non-profit making company, under valid registration No 108867.
