YAF’s management after observing and discovering that the people around Arusha region are challenged by luck of science subjects teacher from primary level to secondary level, improvement of English language to locals, lack of professional doctors to the health, centers, lack of enough education about emption of epidemic and endemic diseases eg: typhoid, diarrhea, Malaria, Cholera, Plague, etc. deforestation, early marriage, Divorce, HIV/AIDS Female Ge***al Mutilation (FGM), they sat down and decided to plan the establishment YAF Organization that will help and overcome the mentioned challenges above.
