tition (including attending tournaments) giving disadvantaged children from 6 to 20 years. Furthermore, we actively engage with local communities and support community development through various types of sports activities

We want all children and youth to have fun and hope, and at the same time build their physical and mental resilience to cope with life. FSA offer them a chance to develop in soccer and give them access to education and future employment. The academy has one rule: No school – No Play. We are delighted to welcome St. Johneudes Waridi School from Kenya to Future Stars Academy – Youth Empowerment Centre for a two day visit filled with sports and other exciting activities.

The school leadership also had an opportunity to meet with Future Stars Academy Director, Alfred Itaeli, to discuss sports development, talent nurturing, and future collaboration.

Through the Special Needs Programme, Future Stars Academy, in collaboration with the FIFA Foundation, continues to use sport as a platform to support children and young people with special needs.

Students from Ilboru Primary School, Kaloleni Primary School, and Tengeru Secondary School are actively participating in training sessions that combine sports with life skills, helping them develop confidence, teamwork, communication, social interaction, and a strong sense of belonging.

For us, success is not only measured by performance on the field. It is also seen when a child gains confidence, makes new friends, learns a new skill, and feels included.

During the Sports Festival Bonanza, Future Stars Academy Director, Alfred Itaeli, had the opportunity to present the vision and impact of Future Stars Academy and the Youth Empowerment Centre to the Guest of Honour, highlighting the organization's commitment to youth development through sports, education, and life skills.

He also met and interacted with several distinguished guests, including the Deputy Speaker of the Zanzibar House of Representatives, Hon. Mwanaasha Khamis Juma, Emmanuel Gabriel Anthony, Secretary of the Arusha Regional Football Association (ARFA), and the Arusha City Culture and Sports Officer, discussing ways to strengthen partnerships and advance sports development as Tanzania builds momentum towards AFCON 2027.
