Earlier this month, our Country Director met with the Ambassador of France in Arusha for a conversation on supporting entrepreneurs and strengthening Tanzania’s entrepreneurship ecosystem. 🇹🇿🇫🇷

The meeting took place alongside the IPU conference hosted in Arusha, where a side event at Alliance Française brought together French delegates for meaningful engagement and exchange.

Through our work supporting entrepreneurs in Arusha and across Tanzania, we continue to champion collaboration, innovation, and opportunities that help local businesses grow and thrive.

Every member at WSHA has a “before” story.

Salome’s involved a bedroom desk, a Wi-Fi signal she couldn’t trust, and a lot of days alone.

Sound like your workday right now? Your “after” might be one tour away.

Book a tour and we’ll show you around WSHA 💙

AfroGreen ClimAccelerator 3.0 is looking for 20 businesses, including women-led businesses, solving real climate challenges.

Could yours be one of them? Applications are open through 17 October.

Making friends with your coworkers vs. co-workers?

We don't need shared email domains to share a laugh. At this point, we're just friends who happen to work in the same building 🤷🏾‍♀️💙

Bright Africans Inc. at WSHA 🎉

You can’t always see what you’re capable of until someone gives you a little push, and that's okay 😉

That’s what the Amini Unaweza Tour is all about: getting young people to believe in themselves, think bigger and actually do something with their potential.

Last week, the tour made its way to Arusha, with sessions on leadership, self-awareness, career and life skills, personal branding, networking and finding opportunities.

We joined the conversation too, with Isaack sharing some of the opportunities available through WSHA, and a reminder that communication and teamwork can take you further than you think.

Big thanks to Bright Africans for bringing the tour to Arusha and for creating a space for young people to connect, learn and take action 💙

Filled out half the AfroGreen form and got stuck? Come finish it with us on Friday.

We'll walk through the application step by step, cover what makes a strong submission, and leave plenty of room for your questions. If you're building in renewable energy, circular economy, climate-smart agriculture, adaptation, or sustainable value chains, bring your draft application and whatever's unclear.
