Update on Kennedy's broken ankle:

Our staff took Kennedy to see the doctor yesterday, he has reinjured his ankle after putting pressure on it doing normal day to day activities (walking, chores, etc.).
He will return to the doctor Wednesday of next week to re-set it and be sure things continue to heal correctly!

FSM Teammate Update:

We are so thankful to report that all funding has been received for Kennedy's medical fees!!

We are so incredibly grateful to those who gave, helping up surpass our goal and take care of our teammate!!

We continue to lift Kennedy and his mother in prayer during this time at home, and as he heals. 🙏🏾

Here's an update on our soccer player, injured during practice yesterday.

"My name is Kennedy John. I am so thankful for Fearless Love Ministry for taking me to the hospital and providing for all the equipment. I am still in pain, but I'm thankful that I was released from the hospital to come home. Thank you."

He had a minor surgery that has been completed, and was taken home today. We have paid a little under half of the required medical expenses. He will have to stay in his cast 3-4 weeks.

We are beyond grateful for those who have lifted him in prayer, and helped financially. We have received $165 of the $580 needed to finish paying the fees.
This will cover the surgery and doctor fees, transportation to and from the hospital, medicine, aftercare and removal of the cast (in 3ish weeks), and extra support for his mother who is the sole provider of the home.

Hello!
We hope you are doing well and have felt the many blessings of our God!

We are reaching out in hopes to get financial help for extra medical expenses for a teammate of Fearless Soccer Ministry.
While he won't see the doctor until morning, his x-ray shows a break in his ankle.
Hospital bills are very expensive, as most of us are aware of. Today we used roughly $400 for costs of the x-ray, a hospital bed for the night and to sling up the leg until the doctor arrives tomorrow.

We are expecting more costs tomorrow for the consultation with the doctor, and the anticipated surgery. We will have follow up appointments and would like to help support the family where needed, as able.

Our Coach, Laga is with the boy now, caring for and looking after him during this time.

January has been a month filled with running, joy, and lots of Scripture!

We have had anywhere from 30-100 boys attending soccer each day, and we just bought 10 new soccer balls for FSM!

Our kids ministry is continuing well each week with 40-50 kids regularly coming.
In February, our kids ministry will be moving to a local church. We are anticipating great things through this, including and increase in numbers!
