As part of our MIMI NA WEWE TUINUKE PROGRAM, we had an amazing training session with teen mothers at , focusing on financial literacy and customer service.

The goal of this training was to equip teen mothers with essential skills on managing their income wisely and effectively handling customers. By enhancing their financial management and customer service abilities, they can attract more customers, increase their earnings, and create a stable income to support their families.

n collaboration with DeRis Fresh Traders, Change For Future was thrilled to host a group of passionate students from Iowa State University and their two inspiring Professors. 💼📚
During their visit, the students had the opportunity to connect with local entrepreneurs from Arusha, visit their businesses, and learn firsthand about sustainable business practices in Tanzania. This program fosters mutual learning and collaboration, empowering students and entrepreneurs through the exchange of skills, resources, and innovative ideas.
The initiative focuses on: ✅ Sustainable business practices
✅ Finance and marketing strategies
✅ Ethical business conduct
✅ Mentorship and microfinance opportunities

To support the income generating activities for women for future provided seed funds to 15 women from Imbaseni ward and a startup fund for their mobile shop. This was after a training on entrepreneurship and launching of MIMI NA WEWE TUINUKE program. Through this initiative woman will be able to make various home products like cosmetics, sell to the group members and save money for capital building.

🌟 On Friday, Change for Future launched TWENDE NA STEM Program!
This program aims at creating and exploring opportunities in STEM for young girls and boys, through encouraging them to dive into these fields. Under TWENDE NA STEM, we introduced Empower HER, a project dedicated to providing girls and young women with the resources and opportunities to excel in STEM. 💪✨
During the launching event CFF hosted a series of training workshops where participants learned about STEM and how to become critical thinkers and innovative problem-solvers. Topics included environmental issues, health, entrepreneurship, tourism, agriculture, education, and more! 🌍🌱🩺💡 there was also a self-confidence session to help the young generation believe boast their self-esteems and use their talents to create innovative solutions. 🌟💪
Last but not least a digital skills and technology session which was facilitated by ICT expert enlighten the understanding on the opportunities available in digital space and how to explore and engage in the digital space for enhancing their STEM learning and engagement. 💻📱
