Organization for Generous Neediest Development -OGND OGND is a Tanzanian non–profit organization dealing with Education, Health and Environmental projects

Our NGO organizes a lot of different projects to empower locals in different ways:
- For example we provide language-learning-workshops for jobless Tanzanians to
enable them to get a job in the tourism sector.
- Furthermore we teach women who live in poverty how to run their own business
and take care of their children at the same time.
- In addition we give lectures on various health is

sues such as hygiene or important
nutrition for kids.
- and far more

We also run a school project with a primary school in Arusha. Our aim is it to teach the children in English in order to give them a good foundation for their future learning. (Kids in government primary schools are taught in Swahili but as the teaching language in secondary schools is English it is very hard for them to continue this further learning.)
