Kisa End of Year One presentations have officially begun!

Before completing Year One and progressing to Year Two, our scholars showcase what they’ve learned in the first year through presentations where they identify a real challenge in their community, research it, propose solutions, and present their ideas.
Through this process, they strengthen their research, creativity, teamwork, and presentation skills, building confidence as young leaders ready to create change in their communities.

A Kisa Program Scholar shares how the program supported her in becoming confident enough to lead her fellow students as a Head Prefect at their school.

Through the Kisa Program, we nurture socially responsible leaders who are ready to positively transform their communities. During the two years of Kisa leadership training, scholars not only learn about leadership, but also practice what it truly means to lead by solving community challenges and guiding others toward change, because present and future female leaders should be equipped to create positive change in their communities.

At the heart of the Kisa journey are the relationships built with mentors.

For two years, Kisa Scholars are guided, supported, and encouraged by mentors who believe in them. These relationships become a safe space where they can grow, ask questions, and build confidence. By graduation, many of these connections have become lifelong inspiration.
