教學理念：
現在的孩子，因為課業、因為社會所說的競爭力這把利刃而扼殺了他們學習的原動力。
他們的學習 不再快樂
學習，不是為了獲取新知的喜樂；
而是一種枷鎖與逼迫。
太多的孩子因為壓力而不再喜歡曾經深愛的科學；
希望在光鹽科學課程中，重新啟發她們的興趣；
讓她們在快樂中體驗、快樂中學習與成長，重新燃起對於學習的興趣與渴望。並在其中學習到做事的方法、人生的態度。
