Applications for Optiver Future Focus and Career Kickstarter programs are now open and both programs are open to Taiwan students, and are held in Singapore. Optiver will be sponsoring flights and accommodation costs for Taiwan students selected for the program.
These programs are designed to provide students with an immersive introduction to life at Optiver, while giving them the opportunity to learn directly from our traders, researchers, and engineers through workshops, challenges, and networking sessions.

Career Kickstarter is designed for students and recent graduates who are preparing to begin their careers and are interested in opportunities within quantitative trading, research, and technology.
Eligibility
Final-year university students graduating in 2027
Or graduates who completed their studies between 2024–2026, with 1–2 years of industry experience
